It’s Finally Here!

I’m so proud and excited to welcome my Digestive Healing Program to the world! I’ve worked so hard to create a program that I wish I had when I was struggling with digestive issues out of the blue back in 2017.

This program was created with the intent to not only help improve and restore your guts microbiome, but also educate, heal and restore the entire body, mind and soul.

I felt so lost in the months and months trying to figure out what was going on with my body that I told myself I would dedicate my career to helping others if I was ever able to heal myself holistically.

Well, that’s exactly what this program is about! It includes everything I needed and wish I had when I was working through digestive issues back in 2017.

Hi, I’m Kristen!

Digestive Health Coach, yoga instructor, educator, health advocate and believer in holistic nutrition as a way to heal the body, mind and soul.

I believe that we can get everything our bodies need using food and natural supplements/remedies as medicine. Your body is constantly speaking to your mind. It’s up to you to listen.

This 8-week group program includes:

  • Free food journal where you can track food intake, diet, exercise, water intake, cycle syncing, and so much more!

  • Learn specific diets that work for gut health

  • Help from me to create a specific meal plan that works for you

  • Guest speakers from holistic nutritionists and clinical herbalists

  • Education on gut health and how it communicates with the rest of the body

  • 1:1 time with me, your coach and educator, to get to the root cause of your digestive issues

  • Private Facebook community with like-minded women going through the same issues (we’re all in this together!)

  • Yoga classes created by me specifically for gut health

  • Education on and help finding the right probiotics, prebiotic’s, supplements, etc. that work for you

  • Develop mindful eating habits and how to carry them with you for the rest of your life

  • Grow a powerful mind/body connection (this is so important!)

  • Creating good routines, habits and support

  • And so much more!

I believe that we can get everything our bodies need using food as medicine, finding natural supplements/remedies that work for each specific body (this is so important- every body is so different!) and learning mindfulness by listening to our body and tapping back into that mind-body connection through yoga.
